Masterclasses

Get the full insight on what it was like growing up in an Italian family during salami season. Get your hands busy whilst learning how to make salami in our traditional way. Enjoy a glass of wineon arrival acompanied by a tasting platter of our previously cured meats, olives and a selcetion of beautiful cheeses. The class comcludes with a generous plate of pasta made fresh by our expert chef.
